That's correct, you would need a slotted waste.

Can the basin be provided with no hole? Taps wall mounted
The basin does come with a single predrilled tap hole and we cannot modify this. You could, however, look at product code PWITFLU800OAK5 (Vitusso Fluted Wood Wall Hung Bathroom Vanity Unit without Basin 800mm - White Marble Top) which is the same unit with a countertop, you could then select a countertop basin which would be suitable with wall mounted taps.

How does the flat sink design impact drainage at the sides? For example, if someone is brushing their teeth, will the toothpaste easily be taken away by the flow of water? Also what are the depth of the drawers?
There is a slight gradient towards the waste for emptying the water. The space behind the drawer is 84mm.

Fronts in MDF covered with PVC foil.
Internal parts in melamine chipboard finish Telato Antracite.
ABS edges make the furniture free of corners; gluing with anti-humidity polyurethane glue.

This is a nice enough unit, that looks nice enough in our bathroom. We bought it to replace a cheaper unit that had a press close drawer mechanism that was a bit clunky. I was sold on the claim of how smooth the drawer runners were.
So its ok, but they're not that smooth! They don't always go to full close by themselves requiring a final push to get them shut.
Plus the sink - which it was not evident from the pictures - is made of a material that is dull/matt rather than shiny like a porcelain sink. Probably my fault for not recognising that from the description but a bit of a disappointment all the same.
Lesson to learn - don't order online without first viewing the product in person.

I ordered this vanity unit thinking it was fluted real wood but its not. It is a plastic imitation wood. Disappointed because its not clear in the description and has to return it. Dont order this unit if you want real wood.
