The Triton Instaflow Stored Water Heater has 2kW of power and holds up to 15L of hot water. Stored water heaters are an efficient way to provide hot water supply when connections to a mains supply is not possible. The enamel coated heater tank is corrosion resistant with magnesium anode protection for ultimate durability.
Temperature controls
The unit features smooth temperature adjustment with easy to use thermostat controls on the front face for accurate settings up to of 75°C within 15 minutes.

Would this 15 L water heater be enough to supply hot water to the sinks in the kitchen and bathroom? I have an electric shower already in place.
It's really down to how the unit will be used. While it does have a thermostat to help maintain temperature, the initial heating time can be quite slow.
Once heated, it can hold the temperature, but as hot water is drawn off, cold water is introduced, which gradually reduces the temperature. So if the unit is being used continuously, it may struggle to keep up and maintain a consistent temperature.
For light or occasional use, this shouldn’t be an issue. However, for constant or high-demand use, you’re likely to notice a drop in temperature over time.
I've been using the water heater for a month now in my studio office. It's great for washing up the mugs, first fill at 60 degrees covers the mugs. After a soak for 5 - 10 mins the water is hot again for rinsing. I've not tried it at the higher temp setting, which would give more volume when blended with cold. I chose the lower volume 1.5kw model as I wanted to keep the current load down due to electric supply characteristics, but find its quite adequate. I've also connected it to the basin in the wc. It's fine for hand washing there too.

We had very little hot water pressure to the kitchen sink and took forever for the hot water to trickle through. Installing this Triton unit is brilliant, good size tank haven't run out yet, very hot water, so the gauge sits on eco haven't needed to put on high, but have the option if I need to. Wish I'd installed much sooner. Love it.
