Plumbworld dispatched my order promptly and it was delivered when promised. The shower unit is relatively easy to fit and there is a fantastic online tutorial which goes through the installation step-by-step.
I had problems with the hot water supply from my combi boiler and plumbworld put me in touch with Triton who arranged for one of their engineers to visit. He checked and double checked the shower mixer, temperature delivery and hot water flow rate (and my workmanship - I am not a plumber). He confirmed that the problem was not with the shower unit but with the combi boiler, which has now been rectified by my usual boiler service engineer.
