Really beautiful tap that matches a 'gunmetal' sink we've bought. The tap is really easy to swing round and turn on (not stiff at all). It looks fantastic and the service from Plumbworld was spot on, with the product being packed well and delivered quickly with no issues at all.

It was a long time in coming as they are produced in the Netherlands but well worth waiting for it. The design and quality are if high class.

The tap is great quality, sturdy, looks very modern and fairly easy to fit, although ugh the instructions are a bit minimal. Used my blue light card and got the tap for £48. Only 3% off, but better than nothing.
I'm not a plumber but have very basic DIY skills. This was my first time ever fitting a tap. When assembling the tap, I found the best way was;
- Slide the top threaded flexibility hoses through the threaded connector and tap/rubber resting top sink mount, 1 at a time and rest the mount and connector near the bottom.
- Thread in the flexi tails into the tap and use a 12mm spanner to just slightly nip them up, the best you can, so they are more than hand tight. The o-rings will do there job.
- Thread on the threaded connector into the base of the tap and hand tighten.
- Insert into the sink, feeding the lower tails down first.
- Under the sink you can then feed in the two rubber washers and then the lower tap fixing mount. Can be a bit fiddly with feeding the lower flexible hose connectors through the lower mount, however, one at a time, and a little persuasion, they will go though.
- My partner held the tap in place and I tightened below with hand first, then managed to fit a small screwdriver between the lower tap fixing mount opposed holes and tightened up.
- Connected the tails to the ballofix valves and opened the valves. No leaks thankfully.
The tap produces a good straight flow and the brushed nickle looks amazing, much better than chrome and cleans up so easily.
Recommended.

The tap looks great and flow is okay. Handle its a bit annoying as it keeps coming loose and despite some effort to tighten it it still works its way loose again..

This tap leaks from the lever. Plumbworld were very good and replaced immediately but the second tap was the same. I have now found the same issue on product reviews from another retailer in different finishes
