I bought this to replace a noisy old fan whos bearings sounded like they were about to drop out - you could actually hear it downstairs with the TV on!!
Only needed the fan and light parts so it was an easy swap that took about 15 minutes.
This fan is quiet. Okay of course you can hear it in the bathroom, BUT not in the bedroom next door. So if someone gets up in the middle of the night and switches on the light - no problemo.
The wheel that sets the timer is small but easy to access and turns smoothly.
It's only been in for about a month so can't comment on longevity, but from the initial signs I would recommend this fan and the shipping service by Plumbworld.
