Crystal Clear, Easy-Clean Glass
The 8mm thermally toughened safety glass is not only strong but also easy to clean, thanks to a special coating that resists soap scum and grime. The panels are extra tall at 1950mm, providing better splash protection and a more luxurious look than standard enclosures.
Smooth Rollers & Water-Tight Closure
To ensure a silky-smooth experience, the door is mounted on top and bottom rollers made from stainless steel and aerospace-grade materials. The bottom rollers also feature a quick-release mechanism for effortless cleaning. A magnetic closing system ensures a watertight seal, keeping water where it belongs - inside the shower.
Concealed Fixings & High-End Finish
All screws and fittings are hidden by a smart cover strip, giving your enclosure a flawless, high-end appearance. The stainless steel handle completes the look with a durable, modern touch.
Lightweight, Low Profile Shower Tray
Our shower trays are built with durability and performance in mind, with each one tested to support up to 4000kg, whether used with or without our own supplied riser leg kits. A typical 1200 x 800mm tray weighs just 18kg, making it significantly lighter than many stone resin options; for instance, compared to a 40mm Just Trays stone resin model of the same size, our acrylic and GRP construction is around 46% lighter. While it is technically possible to cut an acrylic-capped tray to fit, we don’t recommend it, as doing so could expose the edge to potential water ingress.
In terms of standards and sustainability, our trays are fully compliant with all UK and EU requirements, including CE, EN 14527, EN 198, and REACH regulations. While WRAS certification is not required for trays (as it applies only to products with water flow), our acrylic sheet is manufactured to EN 263 for domestic use, and all trays are tested in-house to meet strict quality benchmarks. Unlike some alternatives, we do not use chipboard or other wood-based reinforcement materials. Instead, we use Flax Particle Board – a more environmentally friendly alternative that offers strength without compromising on sustainability.
High-Flow Waste Included
This set also includes a Hi-Flow Waste, capable of draining water at 32 litres per minute. It features a vented dome, quick-release inner unit, and an offset elbow for easier installation. It complies with BSEN1329/1:2000 and BSEN1451/1:2000 standards.
