So happy with his product, it really has enhanced the bathroom. Delivered on time, only one thing you need to be aware of is when we read instructions it needs to be hung on an outside wall, which was absolutely fine as that is where we intended to hang it.

Seems like a well made product easy to fix with supplied plugs and screws...takes 8 AA batteries which are accessible when wall mounted. LED light gives off good level of light, switch is nicely placed with unit being able to be fixed in a vertical or horizontal position, time will tell how long it all works and the longevity of batteries.

Happy with the quality of the mirror, fitted in the space perfectly, unfortunately I was disappointed with the battery life for the LED lights the mirror was not in use all of the life span of the batteries, I used Duracell long life batteries and I was disappointed in the fact that they only lasted for about a week or less, the fact that it takes 8 it worked out expensive, is this normal or is my mirror faulty , all the other products I have purchased from yourselves has been of excellent quality and I have had no problems at all , kind regards .

Our bathroom main light sets off the extractor fan, so now with this LED mirror can just touch it on and lights up beautifully without the need to have the fan humming away. Also far more preferable for those night time visits as a lot easier on sleepy eyes. Very smart and clean and the perfect addition to our bathroom. Would highly recommend!

A really stylish looking mirror let down by the short battery life. I've bought a battery charger with 8 high powered AA batteries to try to overcome the issue but the batteries don't even last a week and that's without using the rear led strip. I think the problem is the touch sensor is permanently lit up blue so the batteries are constantly being drained. Really disappointed. If anyone knows of a solution, please get in touch.

My bathroom installer forgot to install cables behind the new wallboards so suggested this battery version. The mirror itself looks excellent, and the light works fine, however, the batteries lasted only 10 days, and a new set of batteries lasted a further 2 weeks (despite not using the main light at all) .
I can't afford 8 new batteries every 2 weeks, so this is now used purely as a mirror. Very disappointed.

The product takes 8No AA batteries. Despite only using the LEDs for maybe 30seconds in total over 48hrs it is no longer working. This is now the second time I have replaced all new batteries and same is happening. I therefore believe it is a faulty product. Have contacted customer services.
